Please read the following terms carefully, if you purchase products from us means that you agree to them.

Shipping terms:

- We ship to worldwide;

- When payment is confirmed, shipping will be made within 2-3 business days;

- You can choose the correct shipping method when you make the order, the cost  time for delivery is decide by Delivery Company. we are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery  company;

- Please note your phone number for shipping, when special status happened, the shipping company will contact with you;

- We are not responsible for all damage during the delivery. We will check item before shipping. When the item is delivered, we highly recommend buyer to open the box to see if any damage for the products before make a signature;

- We ship items out on Monday-Friday;

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to confirm what these additional costs will be prior to buy.


Return terms:

-We test our products before we begin offering them for sale and test each pieces of merchandise before we ship any orders;
 
-IF you receive a faulty product or be damaged in transit, please inform us by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods, we will be happy to assist you;

-All items can be returned for refund as below, but any shipping charges are not refundable:
 (1) the return request is submitted to us by email within 3 business days from the date you receive your item;
 (2) the item has never been used, in its original packaging, after our confirmation, we will refund;
 (3) the item must be return within 8 business days;

-We are not responsible for any return shipping charges. you are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items; It has no exceptions;

-Any goods found to be faulty after this valid period may not be exchanged and returned, however each case will be dealt with on an individual bases.
